I am a PAYG customer in the UK.
Will I be charged for receiving an International call from Dubai, UAE.

It is free to receive any call from anywhere while you are in UK. Applies to both PAYG & contract.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I was told by EE if I take a call from dubai who has a UK EE number and I received the call whilst in UK I will be charged? I am on a sim contract.
If I received the call on PAYG than does it still charge.
Please kindly answer.

@Rafz28 : As long as you are in UK with a UK no. it is free to receive calls from anywhere in the world, whether the caller is calling from a UK no. or not. It's they who are roaming & paying the costs, not you.
