Hi, on my pay-as-you-go account, it says the following,
Your usage
No usage for this account
In the last 30 days.
But i used to be able to select longer periods. Is this still possible, i like to see when i last used my phone for text or call.

For a pay as you go account, you can view the last 30 days usage in your EE account.
If you would like any usage details over the last 30 days, please get in touch with our mobile guides and they can get this looked into for you.

How EXACTLY please? Step by step, not just "log on to your account". This used to be quite easy to do, now I can't see any way to see this information. If I click on "View usage" it just gives me details of my active plan (which actually is just pay as you go). There is NO option there that I can see to see what transactions there have been over any period of time.
