When topping up my free boosts are not registering

Every time I top up my free boost is not registering & is still saying I need to top up another three times to get my free boost, I’ve topped up at least 7-8 times

I’ve received loads of free boosts as been with EE years now but it just suddenly stopped registering the top up

Any ideas pls ????

I'm not sure why this would have stopped. Have you changed your pack recently?
