i have tried calling EE but only to be greeted by a answer phone and no option for a real person.
i signed up for a new sim and subscription pack only for the sim to be faulty. They sent out a new top up sim and gave me the credit to purchase the subscription pack again.
i have now done this and would like to cancel my previous subscription pack so I am not paying twice. Can someone get back to me.

Did you receive a replacement SIM card with the same number as the faulty SIM?
If you have a new number, does the original account have recurring card payments set up?

i got a new sim with a new number and set up a new recurring subscription pack.
the faulty sim has also been set up with recurring payments.
looking online it says to cancel you must text 150 from that SIM card but in this case I cannot.

To get the card payments cancelled, please try calling us again on 150 and selecting the option to speak to one of our guides 🙂
