Hello @Stuns

Welcome to the community.

If you do not have an active subscription pack you will be charged for calls and texts. Should you wish to use data this is charged at £3 for 500MB.

Should you have an active subscription pack and wish to use your services abroad you can purchase a Roaming Pass for £2.50 for 24 hours or £10 for 7 days.

All information on local rates and add-ons can be found by visiting our Roaming Tool and searching your destination.

I don’t know why ee make the assumption that people only go abroad for 7 Days or multiples of 7 Days. Our Trip is 9 Nights in Switzerland, so the £10 for 7 on PAYG does not give the same value as it would seem to. I do have a Swiss Mobile SIM. Maybe I’ll just use that.
