I have an ee SIM in my remote gate opening system but with no phone attached. I can top up as it’s PAYG but how can I check the credit level?

Register it on MyEE & look there.

I can’t register it on my ee as they want to send a text to the number but I can receive a text as it’s in a door bell type machin…there is no phone

Thanks but that doesn’t answer my question.I have a gate that is accessed by a remote system that has a SIM card. I know the PAYG ‘phone’ number on the SIM as I use this to top up and I can ‘call’ the gate from my phone to open it.
but what I CANNOT do is check the balance on the SIM. If I try to add this SIM number to my account a message says’ a text was sent to the number to confirm it is you’.
I cannot access the text as it is not a phone…just a SIM in a gate system.
so - my question is - how can I final out what the balance is and have this number added to my account??

Unless there's a way of doing it on the device itself, I'm not aware of another way than logging into your My EE account, @Rosanne58.
If you can put the SIM into a device to get through the registration, you'll be able to manage it from there.
