Data pack waiting and not working

I got a sim card deal off ee for £15 for 50gb if data so then i tried to convert my number didnt work so i just tried to buy then data then bought it then after the data that comes with the sim card runs out the data was not working and when i went to check it says my data pack is waiting and not even 50gb its showing for 25gb and its been a days so far. Can someone help?

It says can’t complete my request because i dont have a data pack i dont know how it makes sense
