Ordered SIM only PAYG and filled the PAC code input

Hi, we ordered 2 sim only cards PAYG and filled the space input for PAC code with our current mobile number in different network and received it today. Both sim cards are installed on the phone, one says SIM not provisioned and the other one is still with the EE provided number. Do we just wait or we need to do things to move our numbers to our EE sim cards?
