I topped up £5 and got free phonecall minutes sometime last year and still had some minutes left with £3.07 cash on my phone
Was offered another 120 minutes sat within 5 days if i add another £5 so did so and saw I had to use by end of today.
Im not going to make 120 minutes of phonecalls in 24 hours so wondered why never got same deal. Anyway phone operator turned round and said the minutes left on previous had to be used by midnight tonight and this was not outlined to me that an expiry date on free minutes was in place and she said just a coincindence they expire tonight before new 120 mins kicks in and she said nobody would top upif we never did this. All a bit fishy to me i wont be topping up again in a hurry and having been on payg since it was orange i will probably let the account drift.
