Hello,
I hope you are well.
Recently I traveled to a country that does not support EE and I could not send text messages to 150 not calls. I am looking for a way to use my voucher code to recharge my SIM card online. If I don't use it for 2-3 days, it will be disabled.
Thanks for your help.

@eliasebrahimpou : I would not have thought a top-up voucher lasts for such a short time.
Have you tried calling 360? Maybe that takes vouchers.

The voucher has more expiration time, but I didn't use it until now.
As I mentioned earlier, I can not make a call or send a text message via the SIM card, and due to these factors, I'm looking for a way to connect to online support or use vouchers online, on the site.

Hey there @eliasebrahimpou.
Welcome to the EE Community!
With voucher top-ups, it's only possible to do this via text, so there isn't a workaround for if you aren't able to use this right now.
We do have other methods that you can top-up whilst abroad though, including our fast payment link which requires no login.
Peter
