Upgrade to pay monthly sim

I have a pay as you go sim. It is my secondary SIM for when my 3 sim isn't as good signal. I would like to upgrade that same secondary SIM to a pay monthly plan, keeping the ee phone number of the PAYG SIM. Is this possible? On the website I tried order/upgrade, but keeps saying for weeks and weeks, can't log you in, choose option below. I choose upgrade/pay monthly sim and it just repeats the problem ;(

Follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.
