Hello,
May I ask a couple of questions please.
I have the 1.00 Talk and Text Pack.
If I allow the balance to drop to zero, do I lose the Pack?
Also, I wish to unlock the phone to add another SIM, again, by doing this will I lose the "Pack"?
My main reason for these questions is the Roaming in the EU, which is cheaper with other providers.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Yes, If you don't top-up enough to buy your pack after 30 days your pack will be removed until such time as you buy a new pack. You won't be able to rebuy the £1 TTP as it is a legacy pack no longer available but will have to buy a current pack which will be at least £10 lasting 30 days.

- If you allow your balance to drop to £0 your pack won't auto renew when it expires.
- Unlocking has no effect on any packs. When did you buy the phone new? Phones bought new since Dec 2021 are sold unlocked.

Thank you very much. Will EE take away the Pack, if I do not Top-Up after a certain time for example?
The phone is very old, certainly purcahsed before 2021.
Many thanks again.
