I bought a PAYG SIM, inserted in an unlocked galaxy phone. The notification I get states the SIM is not not provisioned for voice, though the oackaging clearly states 5GB Data plus 500 minutes and u limited text.
I have bought a voucher to top up, but when sending the VO number to 150, the SIM does not connect..
SiM card status shows
NETWORK not available
MOBILE NETWORK STATUS disconnected
SERVICE STATE out of service
Have looked on the EE site, no use what's so ever
Anyone with any ideas?

Are you able to text AL to 150 from your no. & if so, what does it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I should take it back to Wilko as faulty.
I would guess it is old & expired. If you still have the packaging, does it have any date on it?

No date, but package has been repackaged by EE, says the SIM card is in old packaging. These are your new allowances.
But thanks anyway
