Unable to receive messages and verification code

Dear EE customer support, I am currently unable to receive messages, verification code etc.

 I have previously been able to receive messages without issue, but the issue started a few days ago

Hi, I am on Pay Go service.

I was unable to reach out to EE CS, and I've topped up this SIM card, after I topped it up I received text to text message, but still unable to receive verification code.

I tried to dial 150 but the SIM card was saying this line are barred.

 

Please what's solution, I need to receive verification code from PayPal to withdrawn my funds in it.

My line keep saying this line are barred.

Can you please help me activate short-code text messaging?

You would need to contact our mobile guides on the numbers provided to get the account looked into. If the account is in hibernation they will be able to look into removing this for you.
