I topped up my aacount with £5 but when i try to buy pack05, it tells me " To buy your £5 plan again, simply top up £5 and your plan will start automatically”.
I texted AL to make sure and I have ofer £5 in my account. Why can't I buy the pack?
If the last plan you bought was a £5 pack as well, try text NOW to 150 to restart your pack, what does it say? Do you have your EE online account setup to try and renew your pack that way?
