Top Up has vanished from my account

I topped up my phone by £10 yesterday morning, didn't use it all day and then when I did try to make a call late afternoon I was told I had 10p in my account, not enough to make a call with. Anyone else experience this? Thanks

Hi @Olive12

  • Did you have a pack on automatic renewal.
  • Have you tried restarting your device.
  • What does it say if you text BA to 150.

Thanks

Could your credit have bought your Pack?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I only had 10p credit to start with. Texting 150 shows I have 10p credit.
The £10 was taken out of my bank account straight away. I'll have to call them and see what's happened. thanks

No, you didn't! You said you topped up with £10. That's credit until you spend it, like buying a pack.

Texting AL will show more than just "10p credit". What?
