Unable to buy pack

I tried everything . I just want to by a pack using my topup . I've tried the website but nothing works

I'm trying to install the app after deleting it due to an error while updating it. Last month, I was out of the country. The error message says: 'Can't install EE.'

Are you connected to WiFi whilst trying to download the EE app?

Do you have enough storage for the app on your phone?
