Unable to activate plan

I topped up £10 and still can’t activate a plan. I’ve tried every text code, called 150, sent STOP PACK, and even followed all your site instructions — and I still have no data. It’s been over 24 hours. This is unacceptable. Someone from EE needs to respond now
