Unable to Set Up Card payments for PAYG

Have tried on mobile and laptop, different browsers. I get to fill in my details, next screen i get a Content Blocked box which i assume if a card verification. Would like to have this set up, anyone else experiencing this

@AB811 : Are you trying with a non-UK bank card?

Have you checked your bank card's app to see whether it is asking you for confirmation?

@XRaySpeX UK Bank card, no pop ups requesting approval. Tried different debit card which worked fine. Thanks for helping.

I am now experiencing this hit do not have another card to add. Does anyone have a solution? Or what are the phone options for me to speak with someone about this.
