Trying to change debit card

 I've managed to get to the payment page.   I click on add a credit card. Fill in all details. Hit submit and it will show that the credit card number has not been entered. It has. 

 I need to change this as a payment is due in 4 days and I'm out of the country.  Meaning my Wi-Fi is going to go off at home.  And with it all the security cameras!!!

 There's no chat or email to get in touch with anyone. I can't call as I'm overseas and I did try and was on hold for 50 mins.  You have to pay for overseas calls.

Help!!!

To add a new card you'll need to make a payment with it, have you made a payment using the new card?

I have same issue! There is no obvious link to amend credit card info. I would expect to see it under my profile, but no. Search on credit card, bank card et al don’t take me to where I change enter card detail. My card has expired and new one needs inputting so I can top up the balance. I am currently in Australia so phoning is not an option. I need secure method. Why has it been made so hard?

Is this for a recurring pay as you go subscription, or just a top up? If you're looking to add credit to your account, could you try our Fast Payment service?

I have a pay as you go sim. 
I set it up in June. 
Now I need to top up the balance and keep the sim active. 
I am currently in Australia, so phone is too expensive. 
There is no option on either the whole web site or my profile to add a credit card. 

Why isn’t it offered?

When was the last time you made a chargeable activity on your account? 

Your account could be in hibernation and no changes can be made until this is removed, full details can be found in our What is pay as you go and flex hibernation, and how do I stop it? - The EE Community article.

I put wrong details on my credit card, how can I correct this so I can make payments for pay as you go?
