Topup voucher abroad

Hello, please i have a topup voucher pin and i couldn't topup my balance because i'm currently abroad i contacted Facebook support page and they didn't care to reply to my messages

I couldn't send message to 150 because i'm abroad, how to put the voucher please ?

 2 days now and i couldn't topup my balance and still showing 0 

Please help!

Where are you? You should be able to text 150 from EU.

Sending text message to 150 while abroad is not working

I contacted  EE Facebook  page and EE Twitter and both no reply at all it's 2 days now and i couldn't topup my balance

If you're unable to use a top-up voucher from abroad (wherever you are, you never said) try using Fast Top-up online to pay by EE bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I'm currently abroad visiting Tunisia, i already payed for my Voucher and i have it but i couldn't topup my balance throught 150 at all and i don't want to topup again since i have the voucher and i Didn't use it yet

That's why you can't text 150 as you're outside EU. You won't be able to top-up with voucher there, but could do online.

If someone you know and trust is also on EE and in the UK, you could ask them to apply the voucher for you via the EE number? Good luck!

@kurdo : They are only available in retail shops in UK, not abroad.

Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by EE bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
