Topping up but have no data added

Have recently topped up my phone twice but have received no data allowance. And need data to be able to work. How can I sort this out?

@Brooke25  Has your credit purchased a pack yet ?  or have you purchased a data bundle?   Your credit can not be used to pay for data on the fly as you use data. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I got a normal bundle for a month and nothing has come through I have the
credit but not the data has been like this for 3 months now so should have
£30 worth or data.

hi, i have added £10, then another £20, still my data wont work, i texted AL to 150, it says i have 500 mins, unlimted texts & any rolled over data, im  not entirely sur ehow they make it so difficult, seem to just be throwing money away, pain in the **bleep**
