Hi,
On PAYG. Currently in Austria. Have paid the extra £10 for a roaming pack for the week.
Texting has been working up until now. Now all messages cannot send and error code 10 is shown.
Tried contacting calling 150 - number can't connect.
Tried calling +44 7953 966 150 - number can't connect.
Tried texting 150 - error code 10.
Tried contacting via the EE app - number can't connect.
I have sufficient minutes, texts and data remaining on my pack.
Please can someone advise what's going wrong here and why I can't contact EE to try and resolve this? Very frustrating.

Thanks for coming here.
Can you try manually connecting to another network in your phone settings and try and make a call and send a text, does this work for you?

Hello, abroad again and have exactly the same issue again.
I have paid for the £10 abroad pack, I have remaining allowances and I can't get my phone to work properly.
Data works.
Phone calls do not.
Texts do not.
I can't contact support on the phone as that requires a phone call.
I can't contact support via the app chat as there isn't ever an option in the app to select for chat.
How do I contact support please?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this again.
Have you tried manually connecting to another available network?
Do you have access to Skype?

There is no Live Chat for PAYG. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
