Hi,
On PAYG. Currently in Austria. Have paid the extra £10 for a roaming pack for the week.
Texting has been working up until now. Now all messages cannot send and error code 10 is shown.
Tried contacting calling 150 - number can't connect.
Tried calling +44 7953 966 150 - number can't connect.
Tried texting 150 - error code 10.
Tried contacting via the EE app - number can't connect.
I have sufficient minutes, texts and data remaining on my pack.
Please can someone advise what's going wrong here and why I can't contact EE to try and resolve this? Very frustrating.

Thanks for coming here.
Can you try manually connecting to another network in your phone settings and try and make a call and send a text, does this work for you?
