Why does EE feel the need to message me at 01:30am to remind me to top up?

Just like the title says… why do I get messages at the most inconvenient times reminding me to top up, then at least 3 messages a day reminding me to top up.

how do I stop these messages? I know I need to top up. I don’t need reminding 30 times leading up to the top up date. It’s frustrating.

You should be able to use sound profiles to silence alerts overnight, except from contacts that you want to be made aware of.

I get that but the point is EE sends these messages out in bombardment, I saw a post from someone earlier who mentioned just blocking 150 so I’ll do that.

Many phones can't block texts, only calls.

On Android at least, it's the contact you block - and then all inbound activity from that number is stopped, both texts & calls.

Can't comment on Apple.

@bristolian Thanks. I was wrong. I thought this cuz I wanted on Android to block a named text sender, not a no, & found I couldn't. However with nos. you may block them directly, so you don't even have to make them contacts 1st.
