Hi, ive topped up my account like i usually do but this time my data hasnt been added on. If i text BALANCE to 150 it says i have £10, but if i go to my data it says i need £10 to activate my plan, so whats the problem?

Welcome to the community.
If the credit is showing there, can you try to add the PACK again by texting ALL PACKS to 150 or within the EE app.
If that still says you need to top-up, please give our customer service guides a call, and they can help to get it activated for you.

@Samlo try and restarting the phone as it resets the line and should then go through and add your pack

Could you try restarting your device and see if this works for you?
If you have no data after the restart, could you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the full reply?

I fixed it but it wasnt from texting 150 since that doesnt help, i went on the website and went to manage my account and used my credit to buy a subscription pack, you might be able to do it on the app but my app didnt have the feature for some reason yet
