Hi, I bought a new pay as you go sim and my order says i paid £13.50 and will be on the plan where i receive 75gb and unlimited calls and minutes. However after I’ve set it up and it says i have no credit and am unable to make any phone calls. my old number is meant to be transferred tomorrow by 6pm. I don’t want to have to top up again as I’ve already paid. Many thanks.

hi it says my current balance is £0.00 i also tried texting NOW (as i saw on another thread) but this didn't go through at all. I've also tried calling customer service but it says their number/service is currently unavailable.

If that's all it said you don't have your pack yet. It could take a day to appear.

okay, do you reckon this is still the case even if i have 4g connection as that's working it's just the calls and texts that arent? also i dont suppose you know anything about the telephone customer service being down? Thanks for your help.

If you are able to use data, it's probably the initial free 50MB data PAYG SIMs are given.
CS phone service should not be down. Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 2) in my sig.
