@Matsses : Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by EE bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Hi, I topped up £25 but I haven't receive it. I checked my balance and it doesn't reflect any amount. Unfortunately £25 has been debited from my bank account. I don't know what to do anymore. I am running out of data.

Hello! I have a sim card from 2022. I'll return to UK next week. If I go to this page to top up, I fill the number, and when I click to continue, there is a error that only says "Some errors have occurred". How can I top up to use it next week? Some advice here? Thanks.

@fesilvestre : If you haven't used it since 2022 you've lost it completely. It goes into hibernation after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then had 3 months period of grace to call CS to reactivate it
