I haven't been able to top up my balance for more than a month. The help here is that you send me to another page where I can't top up either. The process stops at the moment of verification, in which my bank's website should be displayed to log in and confirm the transfer. Me and two of my colleagues have the same problem. Is there any other form of possible top-up?

@Pawell : : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I don't have a UK card and on fast top up the problem is the same. Listen me and my colleagues are truck drivers and we are from Poland We deliver every week in England We chose EE because it provides internet throughout Europe. We can't top it up and that's how much the process ends up being verified by the bank. We have different banks but the top-up process stays in the same place> the bank authorization page is not displayed. I have been asking for help here for over a month and I always get redirected to the quick top up page.

Have you been able to try another web browser?
Can you top up if you call 150 and select the top up option on the automated service?
