Hi today I was moved from the old £5 PAYG pack to the new one and how much data I have is confusing me. When I spoke to someone on the phone about this they told me I had over 8GB of data which I have accumulated over time but the text I got from EE says I only have 1.3GB which is actually 1 GB  less than I had last month! My account says that several GB expire today and I'm confused any help would be grateful as I've already spent half an hour on the phone to EE today sorting my pack out and don't want to do it again!

@YvonneS : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks for responding, I have 500 texts, 425 minutes and 1.3GB data until 27/06/23

The last pack I bought in April had 275 minutes,250 texts and 2.3GB

I don't understand why my data allowance is 1GB less than a month ago, also on my EE account it says that I have several different add ons of 1GB each which gives me 8.3GB but they all expire today!

I know I'm still on the £5 pack! My pack did not automatically renew this morning even though I had credit so I phoned EE and they said it was because I needed to move to the new £5 pack from the old.
