Its been a long time I have been suffering to top up my balance every month. i cant understand the reason so why? If u say there is an issue with my bank account nope there is not. Coz I pay for my another monthly sim card from the same bank account as well.

can anyone help me ?

Have you ever topped up with this card before? Sometimes banks reject top-up attempts as suspected fraud the 1st time around. They usually warn you of this & ask you clear it but maybe you need to have a word with your bank.

This just needs the mobile number and the card details.

You’re welcome. I topped up thru the EE a couple of days ago. It seems like there is a technical problem which should have already been solved by EE but I am still suffering.
