Top up £5 get another £5 added offer from EE.

Hello,

I got a text message saying that if I top up £5 on my EE account, I'll get another £5, which should then total up to £10.00 surely. However, I've got nothing and I'm left with £6.10 on my EE account. No extra credit has been added, what do I do about this? It feels like I've just topped up for no reason & that I can't even use the credit on my EE account.

Someone explain/or help? I really want this offer and surely I should have received it!

I called 150 for assistance with this free offer & they assisted me due to me not receiving it. Amazing support & I'm very grateful that EE is amazing at support their support. 🙂

@MyNameIsChris7 , where did the text message come from? Can you post it here, so that we can take a look to see if it is genuine or not?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

What does it say if you text BA to 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi there,

Thanks for both of your responses. This is the text message that I received from EE.

 And when I text BALANCE to 150, it says that I've got £6.10 (including the £1.10 I had previously & the £5.00 I topped up).

I'm seriously confused because now it feels like I topped up my EE account for no reason & I don't think I can get it refunded back to me either. Even when I go to My EE, I have an addon "INCENTIVE for £5 Free Credit reward" and I haven't got it.
