I recently bought a top up and I got an email notification about successful transaction but no text messages.
And my bank has credited me.
What is the problem?

That's cuz you can't have more than 1 pack active at any one time. The £30 pack is still pending. If you want it to start now replacing your current pack text NOW to 150.

The problem is I paid for a £30 pack at 13:00 to give me 125GB because my £20 pack will soon finish.

You've posted 'remaining until 29/04/2024'.
Maybe you simply can't upgrade to a new pack as you've still got 24 days left to go.
Your last top up as stated 'Your last top up was £18.00 on 29/03/2024'
So it was the day your previous pack would have expired, so either your new pack will kick in on 29th April, or you'll need to do topup procedure again.
Any issues you are best suited speaking to EE directly through account and billing.
