Hello @Adsani.
Are you aware if you have content lock active on your account?
Can you access the website using a different device?

No - its a standard issued UK Visa Credit Card - there is 100000% an issue with EE Payment System, I have a few PayGO sims and the CC expired on them and yesterday I was able to eventually pay for 2 of them after trying on multiple devices, multiple times, and like at 3pm it worked - today, nothing is working..
EE must be losing £millions - just look how many people are asking the same questions in this forum - it needs to get sorted ASAP.

There is a problem with EE's website security. Specifically, "The Content Security Policy", Google blocks the iframe (used for 3d secure verification etc.) because it's deemed unsafe.
To anybody else coming up against this issue, you can use this extension to TEMPORARILY disable this security check in Chrome: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/disable-content-security/ieelmcmcagommplceebfedjlakkhpden . however, I can't say I recommend it and once you've made the payment it would be wise to uninstall it again.
This requires somebody in EE's developer team to look at and fix the underlying issue, so please, somebody pass it on to a competent developer.

Hi @JamesAnelay
Could you post a URL link to the page where you're seeing this issue please? I'll see if I can get someone to take a look at it.

That's worked for me on my desktop computer, how bloody annoying.
Do EE not want payments from people?
Why don't they fix their stupid website and get it compliant with the Content Security Policy. How am I meant to top my phone up if I am out, when the only way is to use a 3rd party desktop browser extension to disable a security policy.
This should be a priority to fix, if this happens to me again I'm going to move to vodafone next month.

Welcome to the EE Community, @devilgnome 🙂
Please can you share the URL of the payment page that is displaying this problem?
Thanks

Just found this as I have the same problem trying to give you some money to get a PAYG pack and also for topping up. Have tried multiple devices and internet connections, chrome and Samsung browsers.
Here is the URL and a screenshot:
