Did you mean:

The worst service hands down. You should be ashamed.

I am traveling from abroad and was baited into using your service at the airport. Up until the point my credits were exhausted the service was acceptable. However, when attempting to top up the situation was simply the worst.

I purchased a voucher from morrisons and tried refilling via text. Nothing. Tried calling for support, nothing, just kept giving the 'you don't have enough credits' **bleep**. Nevermind that I have wifi calling on and even thats not enough to reach ANY customer support from the company to resolve this most basic of situations. Simply put there is NO way to refill credits unless you have credits to begin with. Ha!

Seeing the pages and pages of complaints only heightened my distress and all I want now is a refund. Sad that so much money investing in brilliant marketing and graphics and so little on actual, functional service.
