My elderly mother has a clam phone with an EE sim she has had for years. It's pay as you go & She tops up £10 every couple of months. She mainly uses it for texting. Why is she getting texts stating she will lose access? She is texting and topping up within 6 months easily. She is worried. What is going on??

Hi @JoGz
Thanks for coming back to us.
If she doesn't have the text anymore, she can call us on 150 and the team will check the account for her and make sure the number does not go into hibernation.
Full details can be found in our Why Has My Top Credit Run Out? Help page 🙂
Leanne.

- Re: Phone number disconnected in Pay as you go
- SOLVED: Can't send/receive calls and texts from anybody, including 150 in Pay as you go
- Trouble linking number to account in EE app and website
- Direct debit set up against my wishes in Pay as you go
- Switched from PAYG to PAYM now unable to access EE App as saying A/C is closed in EE app and website
