Double billing for one product

I've just found out I'm paying for bt broadband via ee at 34 pounds a month but also 30 pounds a month for ee broadband for many months! What the actual f is going on?

Will BT WiFi disc work with new ER Smart Plus router

Title says it all. Currently have BT Hub 2, about to receive EE Smart hub Plus.Will my existing BT WiFi disc work with new EE hub?Needs to as my old BT Youview box needs the Ethernet feed from the disc to work as it doesn't have WiFi.Thanks John

Internet has gone down Fy5 3ny, anyone else have a problem

I have poor connection 

Wifi calling suddenly stopped working on return from holiday.

Mobile signal is poor where we live, so we normally use Wifi calling. However, it just stopped working. EE call centre are adament its not a router issue, but i'm not convinced. Its the same problem on 3 iphones and 2 android phone (Samsung & Google)...
