Switch from PAYG to Pay monthly

I need to know if i can transfer my phone number from a PAYG sim to a Monthly sim with a new deal. It's not an option you get online to use a previous number and when i go on the app, i only get a small number of upgrade options and they're all rubbish and not the monthly sim only plans i want that ive seen advertised. i need to keep my old number.

@EMwykes : Follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

when i follow this, i only have the option to choose a few different packs, none of which are the one i want as they have bandwidth limits and missing features i need. 

@EMwykes , you could always ring customer support and press option 2 to get through to one fo the guides, who can take a look for you.
