Hi, 

I’ve just bought this sim and added £15 to the account. I want to turn this into the £15 subscription pack but everything I try doesn’t work. It’s telling me that I can use the credit to turn it into the data, minutes and texts but I go to and it won’t take the credit to create the pack. 
what should I do?

How much did you pay for it when you bought it?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

It just says my current balance is £15 and I tried the packs one and reply with PACK15 but it doesn’t do anything
