Subscription packs error

Why is it that an error message is always shown everytime I attempt to access subscription packs? Is there other way or purchasing data pack?

@Noyee : How are you trying to access packs? What error msg do you get?
You can buy them using the Text Service. Text ALL PACKS to 150 & choose.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks for the reply. Already did your suggestion, unfortunately I still cannot avail of the packs after replying to the texts/messages of 150 on how to purchase packs.

- Cant buy packs with credit or pay by a card in Pay as you go
- Changing Data Sim Subscription Packs Month to Month in Pay as you go
- Error keeps occurring whenever im trying to add a pack in Pay as you go
- Can't buy a pack or activate EE SIM – keep getting errors in Pay as you go
- No Subscription Through EE in Offers & Add-ons
