Subscription packs error

Why is it that an error message is always shown everytime I attempt to access subscription packs? Is there other way or purchasing data pack?

@Noyee : How are you trying to access packs? What error msg do you get?

You can buy them using the Text Service. Text ALL PACKS to 150 & choose.

Thanks for the reply. Already did your suggestion, unfortunately I still cannot avail of the packs after replying to the texts/messages of 150 on how to purchase packs.
