Subscription pack

Hi I recently bought a £10 subscription pack and was wondering why I can’t use the pack. Do I have to put money on top up to use it?

@2320 : Did you pay £10 when you bought it or did you get it free? If you got it free you'll need to top it up with £10 before you can use the pack.
