Hi! I brought a subscription pack today for my new number XXXXXXXXX on EE which I entered on the app before paying. However, the subscription pack has been added to my previous number which I am not using anymore. XXXXXXXXX

can the subscription pack please be removed from my old number and put to my new number. I want the app to recognise my new number only, can you please see to this.
