Hello,I’m experiencing an issue while trying to purchase a £10 subscription pack using my account’s £10 credit balance. Despite having sufficient funds, the purchase isn’t going through. Could you please check if there are any restrictions or issues on my account?

Just to clarify, I am referring to my top-up credit balance (not my bank account) when trying to purchase the £10 subscription pack. I have £10 in my top-up credit, but the transaction isn’t completing. Please check if there are any issues with my top-up balance. Thank you
