Subscription Pack Ordered but Not Showing

I ordered a new subscription pack for my existing pay as you go sim. I received an email confirmation also and the bank has deducted money, but the new pack isn’t shown anywhere in the app and it’s not activated. The current plan is also not available anymore. What can I do?
