Hi, so every month I pay for a pack and it takes it from my registered credit card and now that we are all home, I would love to stop my pack until further notice. How do I do that?

@Fiyin15 To terminate the pack from renewing you just need to text STOP PACK. This will through automatically stop your current pack and and allowance on that pack will be gone. You can not start that pack and you’ll need to purchase a new one. If you require to make calls send texts when you are not using packs you’ll need credit on the account to pay for these, you’ll also not have a data allowance and you’ll need to purchase a data bento use data.

@Fiyin15 : Text STOP PACK to 150 to prevent your pack auto renewing. You may continue to use your current pack till it expires. You may then call & text, but not use data, at per-unit rates from your credit.
Don't forget to make a chargeable call or text within every 180 days to keep it live.

So if I want to switch my provider, but i don't have a contract is it enough to just text stop pack or do i have to do something else?

@Dianaowsianik : Stopping your hack has nowt to do with switching providers. All it does is what it says, stopping your current pack renewing.
If you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC which you give to new provider.

This does not seem to work for me, possibly bcs I'm outside UK/EU.
The EE website indicates a "Change" request "under the Recurrent payment tab", but this doesn't seem to exist.
I have requested advice from EE, but if tardy might have to request my bank to block further auto-payments (and possibly report to the appropriate authority).

I've sent STOP PACK to 150, but still receiving messages about pack renewal. What is wrong with this? I couldn't be able to renew the pack even if I would like to because the page where I was forwarded to doesn't work

@Lauma : What's the exact wording of these pack renewal msgs?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Did you get a reply when you text STOP PACK to 150, @Lauma? If so, what did it say?
