Hi,
I have a EE pay-as-you-go sim card that I've been using for 2 years. However, I changed my sim card to another one as I was in a different country.
I got back to London again and when I was changing my sim card, I realised that I forgot my EE sim card in that country.
I don't wanna purchase another sim card as I don't wanna change my phone number etc. So how could I solve this problem? Could I use an e-Simcard without changing my phone number?
My phone is Samsung S20.

@dogayesil ESim are only available for contract customers. You need to request a replacement SIM card. You can go to an EE store ( you’ll need photo ID ) and request a replacement or you can call customer services to request one and it’ll be posted to you.

I have requested a replacement of my SIM card however I typed in my old address. How could I cancel it or change the address?

If you call us from any phone on +44 7953966250 and the team will get the address updated and a replacement SIM sent to the correct address.
