Sim pack not working

 so I bought a £10 SIM card from shop which I presume comes with a subscription pack pre loaded. I've created an account etc you can see from the screenshot that it's registered but I still can't make a call, sent a text or use any data. It's been 2 days now. Thought it might take time to update itself but still not able to use. Can anyone please help me

When you tried sending the text like @XRaySpeX mentioned, what happened exactly?

Did this show as having sent but nothing came back, or do you have no service showing to send this full stop?

How much did you pay the shop for it? If you only paid a nominal amount, like 99p, that's just for the shop's privilege in selling it you but you still have to top-up £10 to be able to use it.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hey sorry I should have been clear it cost me £10 for the sim. Unfortunately they didn't sell the 99p ones - which is what I really wanted. I've tried texting these codes and nothing shows up. It shows in my account as u can see

I ended up giving in and ringing them up today. I don't really understand what the problem was or should I say why it happened but they sorted it out anyway. I think he said he had to credit it with the £10. Thanks for your help anyway though much appreciated
