Sim card is my tracker but Ive lost communication with it, even after topping up

Anyone any ideas, does ee need to 'wake' it up

@mhill20  If that sim has gone in to hibernation you’ll need to  call customer services to get it reactivated.  Sim go into hibernation if they are not used and make a chargeable action ie call/text.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
