Contact with EE

Too many things wrong with EE as a communication company they are poor at making contact. I need 2 factor authentication and wait hours for an email with pin. I go online for help and wait hours for a reply. I was told my new phone would arrive today but the tracker says nog sent yet. Come on EE. What’s going on.

@Size8  No one here knows what you ordered,  you’re not the only customer wanting to use live chat at any one time so you have to wait till it’s gets to your turn.    Personally I’ve not had issues with receiving emails from EE to 2FA.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Who are you. Why would you need to know what I ordered. That is a function between me and EE. The reason I mentioned it was  share and see if others had similar issues with the communication company. I waited 5 hours on help page today. Is that normal. Is it a good reference for a communication company. Not in my book and then  i learned previously advised information was wrong. Deep Joy

@Size8 : Your posting here is a function between you & a user discussion group, not EE itself. Anybody responding to you would be a fellow user attempting to help you with your query.

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
