I placed and had confirmation of an order on the 4/11/22    Arranged that it was delivered to an EE store .  Was told the order would be there by the 6th possibly 7th. 

Email confirmation that order was on it's way.  link to online tracking.

Given it was supposed to be delivered by 7th still haven't received a text from DPD or any more communication from EE   Used online tracker -  all I get is 

"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD."

Not a phone call, text or email letting me know why the delay.   Why 3 days after the supposed delivery there is such a delay, what is the problem etcetc. .  This is bad customer service. As a new customer with EE  I would expect a little more courtesy.  Updates and information about the order would be nice, but nothing.  If it's this bad now should I expect worse to come?

I really don't mind waiting, but i open my post today and EE already sent me a bill.  How can I get a bill when haven't even taken delivery of phone, let alone set it up. 🙂

They're definitely in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day, @Blkay.

I would definitely recommend speaking either to our Mobile Care team for an update, or contacting the store to see if it is there ready to be picked up.

The fact that you have received a bill for it leads me to think it could be there ready.

where is the message from DPD or EE  -   why do I have to do the chasing around?  I ordered a service, and i was told I would be informed when my phone was with the store.  NOTHING. I have already chased around and made 3 extra phone calls to EE over stuff.  Spent time on here.   NOTHING SHOULD BE THIS DIFFICULT.

    SURELY EE have the competence to follow through and let a customer know what is going on.   if this is the level of service I can expect, then forget it.  I'm disgusted with EE.   How are you even in business if this is how you treat customers?  

EE need to contact me, I'm done with wasting my time and money.
